Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales made on Homeskul.com or any of its sub-domains are final once an order confirmation is sent from our side. The refund request for any course purchased can be claimed only within 7 days from the date of purchase via making a request to cancellation@homeskul.com. HomeSkul will initiate a 100% refund to the account from which payment was received, after primary verification within 15 working days from the date of approval of the request. In any other circumstances, Homeskul is not liable to refund any amount.

In case of cash payments; the refund shall be initiated to the respective applicant’s bank account after verification of applicant and banking credentials as provided.

The start date of the product purchased will be the same as that of the date of purchase or commencement of the course, whichever is earlier.

Inter-change of products shall not be entertained after 7 days from the date of purchase or commencement of the course, whichever is earlier.

Re-mapping or transfer of ownership to another applicant is not allowed.

The company shall not be responsible for any payments made other than to the registered HomeSkul account or for any other wrong transfers.
